Great place, the resort is really clean, green and calm. The staff is really helpful and we felt like home. The baths are really nice so definitely recommend to try it.

Lovely well kept property on nice beach, but in a remote location on island so no other options except the resort . Not a lot to do in poor weather. Limited common areas to lounge. No activities

The buffet was average and the other restaurants were all closed.

The hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious, with excellent facilities and comfortable rooms that made our stay pleasant.

However, we were very disappointed that the beach was closed throughout our entire four-day visit. Regardless of the tide or weather conditions, swimming in the ocean was not allowed at any time. It was frustrating, as enjoying the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

I thought the staff were amazing and helpful. Grounds are very beautiful and the fitness room/spa was excellent!

Rooms are a little dated and would have appreciated grab and go items for breakfast in the morning.

Overall, it's a beautiful resort with a great view of the ocean. Snorkeling at/around the resort is GREAT and we've snorkeled in a lot of places! Swimming area is decently sized and netted to protect swimmers from jellyfish. Breakfast buffet is good not great, decent variety, but crowded. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is cleared at 10am, with final seating at 9:30, our family likes to sleep in so it was hard to get there on time. Also, do not pay extra for the ocean views, its expensive and the view was still mostly trees with a sliver of ocean, very disappointed by this. Dinner has 4 options, all requiring reservations, and 3 of the options are coursed or buffet only. Didn't love this, would like more a la carte dining options, especially traveling with kids who don't eat much.

We made the mistake of booking a hotel in the other side of the island and didn’t have our international license. We had to switch last minute but wished we had just booked it right out. The property was huge but had everything you could need. We had a week full of sunshine and play and our kids had the time of their lives. The breakfast and dinner buffets were mediocre at best but for my kids it was wonderful. We did try the Chinese rest on premise and it was quite good too!Anything we wanted to get to off the premises was easy with the amount of taxis coming and going. Would definitely stay again and wish I had just booked it the first time around!

Wonderful place, in all details - staff is absolutely very professional and kind.A paradise on earth. Asian restaurant is delicious- great offer of excursions and extra activity- staff very helpful.

Minimal points: beach closes at 6:30.

This place was incredible. So much to do and see, and memories made that will last a lifetime. They did a great job of encapsulating the nature of Ishigaki Island. Really nice area for beach walks and out of the city enough to just chill for a while. I had a great time.

Very family friendly resort, so just know that going in. Not the place if you want a quiet getaway.

Well managed and clean.

The food at the bold kitchen was something we were looking forward to. Sadly, it was all cooked together with pork, so we weren’t able to have any of it. We ended up ordering dominos every night. For breakfast, we ate 20% of the offerings. Also, the beach, which is supposed to be great for swimming, and the main reason we didn’t book a trip to Okinawa and opted for Ishigaki instead is full of rocks that tore our feet up. Definitely meant for snorkeling and not swimming. 6/10, would have rather just gone to Naha.

The location was excellent, the staff were kind, the room was large and comfortable and the activities were wonderful.

The facilities are amazing, from the swimming pools, the baths, sauna and the gym. The rooms are big and spacious. The staff are very nice. Such a nice place to relax and refresh.

Nothing particular, just note that this is a family friendly hotel so there are a lot of children playing around by the pool/ at breakfast.It is quite far from the town centre and the busses does not drive often. Keep that in mind.The restaurant on the premises are quite expensive.
